Young Adult Program

His Hope Ministries has adopted the “housing first” model that prioritizes providing permanent housing to people experiencing homelessness, thus ending their homelessness and serving as a platform from which they can pursue personal goals and improve their quality of life.

His Hope Ministries has direct partnerships with supportive services that address known barriers to young adults experiencing homelessness. Those services include but isn’t limited to Employment, GED, Higher Education, Free tuition, Section 8, Housing/Landlords, Rental Assistance, Legal aid, Expungement, Mental/Physical Heath, and identification documentation services.

The right education can teach every youth the mindset and skills they need to carve their own path and create any life they want — regardless of who they are or where they're starting.

Rapid Re-Housing is a solution to homelessness designed to help individuals and families to quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing by assisting with move in costs . All esources and services provided are tailored to the unique needs of each household.

The purpose of the Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP) is to assist individuals and families facing a housing crisis. Funding is available for small one-time crisis grants to keep those facing eviction, safely housed. Case management and counseling is provided to those households in need and for early intervention to prevent eviction. 

Case managers give young adults the emotions support needed to transform into who they aspire to be. Case management lasts up to two years after housing and can continue until a clients 25th Birthday.
